Breathing course

11-3-2009 Wednesday.

A short course was held in Centrestage. It was all about how you treat your body. Participants were taught to appreciate every part of our body by feeling every small part of our body. Most of the steps and technique we learnt was discovered by a 99 years old Yoga instructor. And our instructor of the day was Ms. Lee Ee Mei and Ms. Helen Khaw.

Everyone was suppose to make the "Rawr~!" sound as loud as possible with the fierce facial expression and our hands like the tiger paws.

That was a short workshop. A slight preview to what is all about. So they'll be a basic course for everyone aged 18 years old and above.

Last night we had a performance at Chui Heng Restaurant ( in Jalan Kuchai Lama ) for a direct sales company late CNY dinner. The performances include ballet and comtemporary with fan dance. Let the photos do the talking.

Small Performance

The small performance that we had done is called Adage Study... Adage means slow, unfolding movements and this performance is to concentrate on slow movements and to improve the dancer's ability to control leg and increase extension. Moreover, this small performance was chorographed by Miss Gan in our advance free work class.
